Speaking Collaboration for Small Business Communities

What is WELLthy in America?

Small business owners are the backbone of America.

But behind the growth, the hustle, and the numbers… many owners are quietly asking a deeper question:

Is success costing me the life I was trying to build?

At Plouton Life, we believe wealth isn't just about money.

It's about:

• Health
• Relationships

• Purpose
• Time freedom
• Financial alignment

We call this being WELLthy.

This year, our founder Pete Foldes and his family are traveling across America in an RV to have one simple but powerful conversation with business owners like you:

What does it really mean to be WELLthy in America?

Along the way, Pete is connecting with local businesses to host small conversations, talks, and community discussions about building wealth that actually supports life — not replaces it.

No sales pitch.

Just real conversations that matter.

Over the next few emails, we'll share:

• Why Pete is doing this journey
• What business owners are experiencing
• How hosting one of these conversations can benefit your business
• How you can participate

If you're curious about being part of the WELLthy America conversation, stay tuned.

WELLthy family

“When we talk about money, we’re really talking about safety, dignity, and the people we love. That’s where every WELLthy conversation begins.”

The Story Behind WELLth in America

Money conversations don’t have to feel heavy, confusing, or shame-filled.

We’ve sat across from small business owners who quietly skipped their own paycheck to make payroll. Parents who stayed up at 2 a.m. wondering what happens to their family if the business doesn’t survive. Founders who built something beautiful, yet never built a safety net.

Plouton Life was created to hold space for those stories—and to translate them into clear, compassionate financial strategies around insurance, benefits, and long-term protection.

Our speaking events are not lectures. They’re guided conversations that meet people where they are emotionally, then walk them out of fear and into informed, confident action.

What your audience will feel in the room

  • Safe to admit what they don’t know about money and protection

  • Seen and respected as whole humans—not just balance sheets

  • Relieved to hear clear, plain-language guidance

  • Empowered with next steps that match their real lives

We bring the data, the stories, and the structure. You bring the people you care about. Together, we create a night they’ll remember—and act on.

For Your Community

A speaking event that feels like a turning point—not another task on their to-do list.

Whether you’re a small business, chamber of commerce, a co-working hub, a professional association, or a financial advisory team, we can help co-create an event that benefits both you and your community while fostering holistic WELLth.

Emotional connection first

We start with stories, not spreadsheets. Attendees see themselves in real examples that reflect their fears and hopes—and only then do we introduce tools and strategies.

Clear next steps, not pressure

We provide simple, humane pathways for attendees to follow up—whether that’s exploring insurance options, rethinking benefits, or securing their families’ futures.

A partnership that reflects well on you

You’re not just filling an agenda slot—you’re curating an experience. We collaborate on framing, invitations, and follow-up so your brand is associated with care, clarity, and long-term WELLth.

How Collaboration Works

Community in Action

We co-create every event with you—from the initial idea to the final follow-up email—so your organization shines and your people feel genuinely cared for.

1. Explore the fit

Share your audience, goals, and event vision. We’ll talk through possible topics, formats, and the emotional journey you want attendees to experience.

2. Shape the experience

We align on the storyline, key takeaways, and call-to-action. You’ll receive language for invitations, event pages, and reminders that set the right tone.

3. Host & follow through

We facilitate the session with care and clarity. Afterward, we support you with follow-up resources so the conversation continues beyond the room.

“To us, access to clear, reliable financial guidance is a basic human right—one that can transform lives and unlock opportunities for generations to come. Whether you’re focused on building wealth, protecting it, or growing it to create lasting impact, we are here to guide you with clarity, integrity, and purpose. ”

Questions & Answers

Everything you need to know before inviting us to speak.

If you’re not sure whether having Plouton Life come speak is the right fit, send the inquiry anyway. We’ll be honest about where we can serve your people best.

What types of organizations do you typically partner with?

We regularly collaborate with small businesses, chambers of commerce, small business associations, co-working and incubator communities, professional networks, and financial advisory teams who want to bring a more human, heart-centered approach to conversations about money and protection.

Do you offer both in-person and virtual speaking?

Yes. Plouton Life partners with organizations across the United States. We offer in-person keynotes and workshops where feasible, as well as highly engaging virtual sessions designed to feel intimate and interactive even through a screen. This particular invite is for a unique opportunity to be part of the Plouton Life RV trip across America.

How long are your talks and can we customize the format?

Most sessions run 45–60 minutes with optional Q&A, but we can adapt to shorter keynotes or deeper workshop-style formats. We’ll work with you to match the length, tone, and level of interactivity to your event’s goals.

Is there a cost to host a WELLthy in America event?

Event structures vary. Some are fully hosted or sponsored by your organization, some are co-branded experiences, and others incorporate private client opportunities. Once we understand your goals, we’ll recommend a structure that respects your budget and your audience.

Will this feel like a sales pitch to my members or clients?

No. Our priority is education, emotional safety, and clarity. We share real stories, practical frameworks, and next steps without pressure. If attendees choose to explore solutions afterward, that’s handled with the same respect and transparency.

Ready to host a WELLthy conversation for your small business community?

One heartfelt event can change how a business owner sleeps, plans, and protects what matters most. If that’s the kind of impact you want your next gathering to have, we’d be honored to collaborate.
